Užaugęs Friuli regiono ‘magredi’ žemėse, kur dėl išskirtinio kalnų dirvožemio ir Piera 1899 vynynės metai iš metų ištobulintų gamybos tradicijų, turime išties išskirtinai aukštos kokybės baltąjį Sauvignon Blanc vyną.
Derinimas: dėl aukšto rūgštingumo, Sauvignon vynas derės prie daugelio patiekalų. Ypač tiks su lengvais užkandžiais, jūros gėrybių salotomis, kepta žuvimi, bei su balta mėsa.

Brandinimas: vynuogės surenkamos rugsėjo menesio pradžioje, lengvai suspaudžiamos ir šaltai fermentuojamos su odelėmis 24 valandas, kad sustiprinti aromatą. Vėliau seka fermentacija termo-kontrolėje, 17° – 18°C temperatūroje. Po fermentacijos vynas paliekamas „ilsėtis“ apie 6 mėnesius 12° – 13°C temperatūroje, dėl ko tik dar stipriau atsiskleidžia vyno aromatinis buketas.
Kvapas ir skonis: uodžiant jaučiamas unikalus šio vyno kvapas. Atsiskleidžia šalavijo, pipirų ir pomidorų lapų aromatų tonai, lydinimi sultingų abrikosų, greipfrutų ir egzotinių vaisių kvapų. Ragaujant – šis vynas turtingos struktūros ir aromatingo skonio.
Spalva: šviesi, šiaudo geltunumo spalva su žalsvais tonais.
